You say what's on your mind
We explore that
You decide on a focus for the session
We explore that
You work towards a specific action to take away
We acknowledge that
You implement the action and take a step closer towards your destination.
The first session is free of charge. I like to call this 'the hello meeting'. It's around 30-40 minutes and a chance for us to meet each other, talk through what's on your mind and decide whether we want to work together.
Future sessions are charged at a 1 hour personalised rate.
